Paragon Intelligence Ltd (“Paragon Intelligence”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respect the privacy of its users (“User”, “you” or “your”) and is committed to protect the information that you share with us, whether it’s directly, through using our Services, or through a third party (“Third Party” or “Third Parties”). When you request help from us to use our Sites or Services through the Contact Form or Chatbot, you may choose to submit information about your usage of our Services. SECURITY AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Transfer of Data outside of the EEA
Personal Data submitted may be transferred by us to Third Parties (as set out under the heading “Sharing with Third Parties”), including service providers that may be situated outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and may be processed by staff operating outside the EEA. Where this is the case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected. Paragon Intelligence will hold your Personal Information as long as it is required for you to enjoy the use of our Services.
